1. Agreement & Professional Advisory Scope

No Professional-Client Relationship: Accessing this Site or communicating with the Company via electronic means does not establish a formal advisory relationship. A professional engagement is only initiated upon the execution of a written Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties.

2. Affiliates & Operational Synergy

To provide comprehensive risk mitigation and global oversight, the Company works in coordination with its affiliate, Templar Protection. While this Site serves as the primary advisory interface, physical security, close protection, and operational logistics may be facilitated through this affiliate. Users acknowledge that the Company may share operational data with Templar Protection as required for mission success, governed by our shared privacy protocols.

3. Privacy & "Zero-Footprint" Protocols

Your use of the Site is subject to the Company's Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the Site and outlines our Zero-Footprint data volatility protocols, affiliate data-sharing frameworks, and international data transfer standards.

4. Vetting & KYC Standards

The Company adheres to strict Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to decline any inquiry, communication, or engagement that does not align with our internal ethical benchmarks or risk-mitigation standards.

5. Intellectual Property & Framework Protection

All content, including text, graphics, logos, and Strategic Oversight Frameworks, is the property of the Company and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Acts: You are strictly prohibited from probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Site or associated networks. Any attempt to breach security protocols will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal referral.

6. Institutional Protections (Non-Solicitation & Non-Disparagement)

Non-Disparagement: The User agrees to take no action that would reasonably be expected to harm the reputation of the Company, its affiliates, or its "Templar" branding in any public forum or digital medium.

7. Indemnification & Force Majeure

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Templar Strategic Risk LLC, its officers, directors, and affiliates (including Templar Protection) from any losses or liabilities arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government restrictions.

8. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

In the event the parties cannot resolve a dispute arising out of or concerning these Terms, such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver: All claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any putative class, collective, or representative proceeding.

9. Liability Disclaimer & Third-Party Restriction

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Third-Party Restriction: The resources and advice provided are for the sole benefit of the User. No third party is entitled to rely on the information provided on this Site.

10. Termination & Governing Law

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Wyoming for all matters not subject to arbitration.

11. Operational Clauses (Survival, No-Waiver, Severability)

Survival: Provisions regarding Intellectual Property, Indemnity, Limitations of Liability, and Arbitration shall survive termination.

No-Waiver: No failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver.

Severability: If any provision is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior communications or proposals.
